drinking for more than 20 years.
almost every day will have some form of green tea beverage without sugar even when travelling

always have it with or after meals to help digestion or mix with barley tea

bmi and cholesterol all ok or slightly better when benchmark against my peers

only thing is tea tends to stain the teeth so need go regularly see dentist

Depends on your body condition type. I drink tea because I like tea. But I found out my body type cannot drink too much green tea. Red tea is much suitable. Can go ChatGPT ask about green red black tea.

Then I use leaves, at most tea bags but good ones. Those simi ayataka or what from supermarkets I dun really drink and to me ish not real green tea. I no cholesterol problem so I duno about improvement.
