wonder what will happen if they **** care and kept 100%

I think there was indeed such a case when the money mule turned against the scammer and took 100% of the money. In his court defence, his lawyer argued that as the scammer was based on a fake profile, there was no case against this money mule. But this defence was overthrown by the judge because these are 2 separate cases
