I've not hired a driver before.
My friend said she paid $60 for driver for her trip.
Anyway, just do a search online and I'm sure you will find a lot of driver services.
Prices should be around there as it is quite competitive business in Bali.
One thing to note is to get a driver that can speak English if possible.
At least he will be able to act as a guide which will make your trip more meaningful, rather than just driving only you from place to place.
As for staying, you can do a search on Agoda, Airbnb, or other hotel booking websites. There aren't a lot of big hotel names in Bali. Many are actually those homestay type, or rented bungalow or villas. We stayed at this place called Lokasari Bungalows which is like chalet style with lots of villas on the compound premises. It's near Ubud. Price is $80 sgd per night (shared with 4 people).
