titanium backup with different phone/os

I have 2 phone . nexus 5 (4.4) and nexus 4(4.3)
different version

i have apps and games with data

If i backup from n4 and restore to n5 , will the app and data be usable and allow me to continue from the point of backup ?

my games are not linked to facebook / or any account so online facebook synced methods are not possible.
other apps no online portal.

By right it shouldn't have any problems. TB just updated to include compatibility for Android 4.4 anyway.

Since you have both phones you can do some testing before selling/retiring the N4.
