Because developers know most singaporean buyers can only afford $1.5m to $2.5m property so they reduce the size or square feet of property?

This is to appeal to Singaporean buyers who mainly care about quantum affordability. Also smaller units will be easier to sell and fits the buyer profile.

Is that true?
