Hi would anyone know if Delta Airlines tickets from SG to Tokyo can be transferred? Brought the tickets and realized can't go.
If refund there a penalty of for each ticket so if it can be transferred would rather sell it at a slight loss

i think there should be a penalty for namechange.

that should be about it.

look at the T&C of your booking.

tickets are in oct and can be cancelled but tot if transfer fee is lower then cancel cost might as well pay transfer fee only instead of cancellation price so it a win win situtation

Only budget carriers allow name change to another name and Delta is not a budget carrier. Kindly cancel the tickets for refund.

Excerpts from Delta COC
No change may be made to the name shown on a ticket or in a confirmed reservation with the exception of three characters in the last name and/or changes to the first name. Any other change to the name shown in a confirmed reservation renders the reservation void and subject to cancellation by Delta without notice.

Unless you want to make use of this rule to change it to someone with the same/similar surname. Sounds to me you can have changes up to 3 characters in last name, and total change of first name.
