Anyone can 'be willing' to die for country when no war, no need to serve. If not in either of these categories, they are not true blue sinkie regardless how they buy their citizenship with big investment, snake their way in with toilet paper degree, pull string with company etc.

I would say need 2 cycles to be fully sgrean...as in both parents must be both born in sg,then the child can be truly sgrean...or else they will still be exposed to rubbish from their homeland...just look at our ms sg who was born here to foreign born parents...still put ceca flag on her ig bio

You got it wrong. Those are not the 32. They are award recipients. The 32 is another topic embedded into this award news.
