The main problem with painting on a smooth surface is that the paint will not stick and delaminate. The surface needs to be very clean. One way to overcome is to use a primer paint as a base. Another way is to use special tile paint.

yes but you need to buy special primer so the paint will adhere to it. just tell paint shop keeper they will advise you.

There is a epoxy type coating approved by hdb for water proofing. Just coat it over the tiles.. come in many colors and lower cost compare to hacking tiles and those with waterproof issue.

Paint is so much cheaper…. just touch up and paint those peeled off areas when you like it… small areas normally take 10 -20mins.

There are hundred shades of white.. must remember the colour code… next time need get the same colour to touch up…..
