I want to get toy from Bandai S.H.Figuarts. So which shop in Tokyo is the cheapest?

And if I buy at yododashi, will I get tax refund?

Bic Camera or Yodobashi is your best bet and will get tax refund but not all figurarts you can find there as japanese are also crazy over it

The other way to get but no tax refund is amazon japan, have them ship to your tokyo hotel especially those limited edition
