Recently having problems with my desktop. Recently, my computer has been stuck at the shutting down page(the circle beside it still spinning) and i have to hold down the power button to reboot it. However, this thing only happen when my TP LINK WIRELESS ADAPTER has no light, thus causing no connection to the internet. So its like SOMETIMES i start my computer, sometimes the wireless adapter will not working and i have to restart my computer to get it working again but when i want to restart, it cause me to hang at shutting down screen(not freeze as the circle beside the shutting down word still spinning)..

This shutting down problem won't happen when my wireless adapter is working when i start up.

Unplugging the wireless usb adapter wont make the light come on again. Have to restart my computer

If i keep holding on to the power button(4 sec) to shutdown, sooner or later, will spoil my hardware physically rather than software issues right? Because if spoil due to software issue, can still reformat to solve but if hardware, have to change . -.-

Now the more important part is the second problem

I want to see if all my computer issues is software issues or hardware failure so i want try to do a FULL system recovery/reformatt because if after reformatt and my computer still have this issues, means is hardware failing le right?

However after the screen finish loading files and it brings up to the screen where it tell us to select keyboard language.etc, my mouse AND keyboard not working, the light is off. Before this screen, the mouse and keyboard is working, even in bios screen. So i went google the problem. Some told me to enable what legacy usb,usb3.0 support thing but my is already enabled and i tried unplugging my keyboard and mouse and tried other USB port(2.0,3.0). It still didn't work. Now can't even reformatt at all. zzz As long as i reach the windows recovery keyboard selection screen, which is the first screen in system recovery, the mouse and keyboard stop working.
