Tracetogether Token with SafeEntry Is Stupid

I support TraceTogether Token wholeheartly...

But if i still need to scan safe entry (Mall entrances have QR scanners so I think that is okay) manually via IC or mobile phone, i think its quite redundant.

TraceTogether token is supposingly more superior in contact tracing over safeentry. If showing that i have the token can allow me unhindered entry its good.... Then some shops or place no QR code scanner...

Should just make it that those who have and show the possession of the token should allow entry/exit unhindered.

At present not everybody has the token.
Later, when it is available to all.
Then your idea will be implemented.

This is a transition. Malls already invested in IC scanners, QR scanners. Token scanner is yet another new technology requiring new scanners to be implemented. It means more cost & most investment on technology & more time needed. Only when 100% residents have the token, then malls will slowly switched over.

Not all businesses can afford such machines too. Ask the neighbourhood mom & pop shop.

you can type into safe entry.. but the uncle in the shop i frequent too insist .. on u scanning QR code..imagine explaining to them u got a token.
