Silly question, when u trade in something does the age contribute to the value? Let’s say if u have a MBP 2019 & trade in now versus if u trade in in 2021, would there be a significant difference in value? I mean 2019 model is already not the newest so yeah.....

Do you mean trade-in to Apple's official trade in partner i.e BrightStar? The trade-in always dropping especially when a new model is released.

Just sell at hwz or carousell. Trade in no money rather repurpose and use it
