Tradepac questions

Hi bros here, any des if tradepac has return policy for defect items? If so, how many days would it be?

Also, I managed to get some items from them, however, they did not list the individual item price in the invoice. Is it common? I planning to use it for my company pic claim, would there be any issues? Thanks in advance!

DOA items within 7 days.

No they do not indicate per item pricing. As a bundle they will just add up everything and state the overall pricing.

For claims thru coy. Pic claim usually you have to tell the salesmen the coy name. Hey will then include it on the receipt. The rest is up to your coy.

Thanks Royfrosty for your help~ Would like to check also, I bought 2 dell U2414H units, one had a kinda obvious yellow tint on the right side of the screen. Will tradepac be able to do a replacement for this or I would have to contact dell directly?

Yellow tint try playing with custom RGB first. The factory calibration on my 2414H is also yellowish.

Will edit later to include my RGB settings for you to try and compare
