Transfer data from Note2 to S4

I search online for ways to backup Note2 with google account and sign in google account on S4 to restore the data I backup to this new phone.

But unable to do it. It seem like S4 backup itself instead of restoring data that I back up with Note 2.
Did I did something wrong?? Can someone help me on this? Totally lost.

Contact, internet setting, wadapp msg. Basically this few things nia

For whatsapp can directly backup from its apps. For contact as long as your number is in google, all you need is to sign in at S4 and the number will reflect. If not, go to your google email using internet explorer, on the left hand side, click the down arrow at "Gmail", then select "Contacts", you should be able to see your contact list. If it's not there mean haven't backup.

I find note II better than S4.

I find Note 2 a bit too big. So decide to change to S4.

I had check my gmail account, contact was empty. How do I correctly backup the contact list to gmail?

Problem solve. I find a youtube video and realise I need to go contact and merge with email account.

Welcome. Next time you can also go to the same place to add in new number and do a refresh.

The longer I hold on note II, I find the screen is small.

Air gesture at S4 seems only able to work on view gallery while others like when viewing the folder, it can't use the air gesture.
