Isn't TS the same guy who said that to run a CPU cooler you need to remove fuses and plug into wall mains?

Nowadays with our rig, software modification will barely give you much gain. I didn't bother to do all these so-called tweak a long time ago.

Lastly, it is rather poorly written guide that lead to more questions than answers.

Selling snake oil.

You don't need any unless you are using onboard IGPU from your laptop.
Even if you are the only tweak you need is simply set to 720p resolutions and set everything to low.
