Ubuntu/VirtualBox/Windows issues

I've a Ubuntu on VirtualBox on Windows. I watch Youtube and it's very, very choppy.

Is video on this config expected to be slow ? Anyway to speed up ? I'm using NAT not Bridge. I've tried Bridge but could not get it connected and I don't know if it will help.

Any suggestions ? Thanks.
