Unable to access Plex server remotely while using Synology DS415+

Hi,

I got a question with regards to my Synology NAS.

I am using a DS415+ and am running plex on it. I would like to remote access my Plex server however it does not seem to be working.

I have opened the port 32400 correctly on my router. However when i tried to check the connection time and again on plex server, they said that they are unable to connect from the internet to me. Am i missing out something crucial that is not in the instructions?

I am on MyRepublic.

Please advise.
