I am trying to see whether this unlock those sites that refused to accept "international credit cards" as they stated. Anyway this card is meant to sit in the drawer, fine with me.

Normal SG credit cards will get blocked by some US sites, if this VP thingy work like those prepaid virtual credit card then it should be able to appear as a US credit card which will open up these sites.

This isn't a credit card that allows purchases to be made at merchants which only accept US credit cards right?

If so, I don't see the point of having this card, especially with AMEX horrible FX rate.
