UOB still in cave age. Opening FD online needs to wait for 15 working days. While FD mature, need to go to branch to withdraw fund if no saving account and wait at the branch for queue

they literary jumped the queue, it is supposed to be called in sequence.
And they put there to approach service manager if missed queue.
If i didn't approach them they would have just let it be and moved on further the queue.

Tried opening FD account online but the UOB internet banking said "unable to apply, your personal information is incomplete" . Have to visit branch to update...Anyone encountered this before??
Not sure what's the reason but at least they should call back the previous number they jumped queue but they just proceed onto the next number. that's why i say they screwed up.
