I always thought that the banking hotlines are 24hrs? I can't call them now? rather it just a msg that prompt the call is unavailable now, pls try again later?

I can't even log in my internet banking?? anybody facing similar issues?

Called them like an hour ago.. their IT systems are down and Internet banking is not working.. no ETA on when will be up also..
