UPGRADE MACBOOK PRO MID 2014 SSD

need help here, i want to upgrade my Macbook pro MID 2014 SSD to 500gb, any shop to recommend in Simlim Square?
Should i go to shop and do, or order the ssd OWC Aura Pro X2 or Samsung EVO online?
How to transfer the files?

Which method is better?

Just get it from OWC and replace it yourself bro.

It’s very straightforward. Just a few screws and that’s it.

Use migration or clone it. Easy.

just do a time machine backup to a usb hdd then restore from it after u have replaced e new ssd
