Hello guys ! This is my first post here, just wanna ask some stuff regarding to my PES. So basically I received my PES status on 10 Nov, and it is E9 L9. I was so shock about this PES as i am considered a healthy man, no injury, no accident, everything is fine with me, just dont understand why i get this kind of PES. Anyway, i will explain everything below :

I've done my medical check up during this year around June/July.
Everything went well, until the ECG part cock up i guess ?
I am referred to National Heart Center for further review.
I attended 4 appointments over 2 months, firstly, is just a ECG test, however, at the 2nd appointment, they told me that i need to do a MRI scanning.
And so, i did the MRI scanning at the 3rd appointment and received the medical report at the last appointment, the doctor told me i was fine, nothing is wrong with me and i am pleased to hear the result.

Around last week, i received a text message from NS, they told me my PES status is ready to be viewed, i thought i will get PES B at least. Shockingly, i got PES E9 L9. WOW.

Anyway, i have called them today and I am going to CMPB in the afternoon for request for up PES.

Do i need to provide anything for the up PES to be successful? Thanks for all the information !! >.<

instead of focusing on up PES, personally would suggest u to find out via MO/Dr/Specialist:
1) reason for MRI referral after ECG (ECG abnormality?)
2) reason for E9 L9
3) & lastly to recheck the MRI medical report for anything amiss

There'a definitely a reason as to why you are PES E. instead of brushing it off and say you are healthy, 697 should find out why you are PES E
