Hey guys

I have some question about upgrading my rig and i hope u guys can help me

I am currently using a palit gtx 560 Ti and i am considering upgrading it to either a 670 or 680.

I used the rig to play games like crysis 3, bf 3 and sc 2 and hoping to get it rdy to play bf 4 on ultra settings. I am currently using a 21inch moniter at 1920 x 1080 resolution.

I see alot of bros here recommending the 7970 is that a better card than the 670 or 680?

If i change my gpu do i need to upgrade my seasonic 620w psu?

Do i need to upgrade my mobo and processor so as not to create a bottleneck if i upgrade my gpu?

Thanks in advance!

IMO, 7970 offers better value. I think its performance is ahead of GTX 670 and with OC, able to hit GTX 680 stock performance. However, AMD driver can be quite problematic at times.

If you prefer Nvidia, can consider GTX 670. I will recommend Gigabyte GTX 670 2GB Windforce. :D

And you don't need to change your PSU.

Lastly, i think your cpu and mobo are still good for current and upcoming games. I don't think there is a need to upgrade.

Yeah I prefer nvidia cards than amd cards :p

Another question
Is getting a 680 too overkill for my needs?

Thanks!
