USB Plugged/Unplugged Sound

My PC is in my room and it make the usb plugged/unplugged sound when the lights as in ceilings lights in the house is turned on or off no matter which light even when I turn on my kitchen ceilings lights it also will produce the sound

And the weird thing is I have tried turning on/off power sockets around the house but apparently the pc is not affected

Any ideal anyone?
