Used Camera advice

am looking for a used camera in the market, found a Sony NEX 5N that had been used for 4 years, is this worth buying ? if yes how do you shifu check for any defects ? or what to take notice of when buying.

Appreciate your guidance in advance.

FYI Camera had been kept in a dry box when not in use.
