Since you have so many issues with apple, you can return the phone to apple within 2 weeks, normally no questions ask. Then you can get from another place

The million dollar question would be did OP get the iPhone in the end?

samsung will just ignore ur calls and taiji away ur problems. after u pay, u die is your business. period.

i never had any problems with apple before ever since 3GS. Even when i wanna refund my AppleCare+ for changing devices. one call gao dim.

google support and samsung is the same. they lack of customer service and support. before u pay they promised dragon and phoenix, after u paid, 你死你家事.
