Using same product code windows 32 bit to 64 bit?

Can I use my product code for my OEM windows 7 32 bit to install a windows 7 64 bit system or do I new to buy OEM windows 7 64 bit disc ?

Yes of course you can. However you need the 64 Bit installation. Product codes do not differentiate between x86 or x64.

I was thinking of download win 7 64 bit from here, burn it into DVD and using my own product code.

Is this idea workable? This is not illegal right?
