Using TP-Link Archer 3200 to replace Singtel Aztech Modem

Hi All,

I recently bought the Archer 3200 but i am not able to connect it to my Singtel Network. I am under the 200mbps plan with Mio Tv. I was being told this is compatible with the Singtel.
Anyone has experience with this.
