My house units were giving me an issue recently. Called VD and they attended to me within 2 hrs Checked flashing lights on all room units, determined PCBA in outdoor unit was damaged and needed replacement. They advised that system was 10 years old so spare parts were difficult to obtain. Ended up replacing the whole system. All done the same day. Fairly good work and cleaned up after. Prices were really reasonable with free gifts and servicings given as well. Great job
