Warning for "Posting Racist / Discriminatory Comment" ?

[jianlee]

Appealing against undue 6 points infraction "Posting Racist / Discriminatory Comment"; how is my question in my own news thread out of line?

Also "racist" is not the same as "discriminatory", so which one did the mod had in mind? This needs to be clear and shouldn't be "/" slashed.
