Warranty issue

I bought an earpiece almost a year ago, and recently one side of the earpiece suddenly stops working. But is still functional if i align the wires properly, but mafan leh always have to adjust then have then dont have.

So I'd like to know if it can be claimed under warranty for 'defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from date of retail purchase'?

yes. most likely e wire break from too much bending.

What earpiece? If still under warranty can exchange

Little big sound cherrywood. Nah a cheap 40bucks earpiece. But they give warranty and can claim atleast better than buying new one right?
