Water Damage phone and transferring data

I have a samsung S5 which i cant switch on due to water damage. I have bought a new samsung phone and i wonder how can i transfer contact information from the water damaged phone into my new phone.

I cant switch on my S5 at all.

Will going to the service centre help at all?
