Zotac is also a good option, it has no warranty void sticker so u can remove the heatsink. As long no physical damage from removal or water damage you can still RMA (same for EVGA). Zotac has 5 years warranty. If you are buying barrow one its most likely a founders PCB. As long its a founder PCB card you wont get into issues with compatibility.

Non A chips have a lock in power limit, thus OC potential not as good. If you are not gona OC its fine.

Yes, warranty sticker should be found on one of the screws, which will void warranty if you remove. So on short, will not work for your plan to water cool it.

I think they no longer segregate A vs non A chips now. At least you should not see it on the GPU itself.

And for top end cards like the RTX 2080 Ti, I don't see the need to pay extra for the slight improvement in performance.

But i read some say zotac still deny the warranty and service no good. So not sure. Price wise nit much different order a evga.

So i am thinking either cheapest local set or oversea evga.

i rma my watercooled zotac gpu fine no problems just attach back the cooler make sure not missing screws or physical +water damage can already. I got quite lucky my original uses micron vram, now i get samsung vram.
