Hi,

I am using WD Passport 1TB for around 1 year plus, today, I discovered there is 104 bad sectors (still scanning, I am using HDDScan3.3).

Can I request for a RMA? Does WD Warranty covers the bad sector?

Yes you can. Just go to the WD site and do your RMA. Use your serial number to confirm that it is still under warranty. One of the drop down reason to select is bad sectors.
