Hi guys,

i supposed some of us here remember awhile back there was one thread regarding on the washing of motherboard right?

as in washing it under the running tap water. :s13:

well frankly, initially i almost did wanted to try that out but luckily most of the guys here discouraged it.

so i happened to come across this product from those DIY shops.

its cleaning with non conductive liquid, i tried it on 3 rigs already. so far no sign of damage or rust.

but of course not forgetting the advices from the users here, i didnt spray around the area where the cmos battery was.

and yeah i did made sure the rig isnt connected to any power at all and letting it totally dries out before i start to connect back all the power to switch it on.

it works something similar to the compress air, but instead of air it spray out liquid, those liquid dries out pretty fast although sometimes excessive liquid can still be seen and accumulate at the bottom of the rig, but it shouldnt take too long before to dry up.

it does cleans well, what used to be accumulated thick layer of dust were washed away effectively, so for those who prefer to 'wash' your rig components, can give this product a try.

Just use compressed hair and a brush at most. You do not want any form of residue on ur contact points.
