I engaged limo service from Ace Drive. I engaged them from 930am-330pm. They called at 930am to say tire punctured and said they will arrive at 10am. They did not come at all till 1110am. They left us stranded with NO SOLUTION for the 2 hours. I hv never encountered a limo service whereby no replacement vehicle was given in the event of a tire puncture. Pls note i paid for my comfort cab for my husband to his wedding venue. My friend fetch my parents to venue. If i didnt solve your problems myself, i would not even be at my wedding!!!!! Not one time was there any resolution from your company. They were 2 hours late and missed all critical chauffeuring in the morning despite a schedule given. They screw up. Period. Tire punctured - your problem or mine? Was there a replacement car? No. Did they pay for my taxi? No. Did they do anything? Nope... they only came 2 hours later. Oh yes and they intend to even take my deposit without even formally informing me about it. Nor did i receive any call from the company about the extra charges or forfeit of my deposit. Why? My contract was 930am-330pm (6hours). I use from 11am-5pm (6hours) - so the company claim they fulfilled the 6 hours of engagement... but wait, why take my deposit??? shouldn’t they refund it? If i was charged for the additional 1.5hours, which part of it did they fulfil the 6 hours of engagement? The fault lies in the company for not only screwing up my day, making me scream in the morning of my wedding day, causing lots of anxiety on an otherwise happy occasion. I wrote to the company an email after my wedding ceremony which took them 3 days to respond to tell me why the car tyre punctured and why it didn’t appear till 2 hours later (which honestly, i don’t care what happened)... And best part is, i wrote a review on their Facebook page and I cant believe how they responded to it!!!! Unbelievable.... Totally zero EQ on customer service n contingency management.
Did i ask for a refund? of course i did ask for a full refund. their reply: 50% refund (minus the deposit) and a $150 voucher to rent a car from them... seriously WTF... So me why would I want to use their service again when they utterly screw up my wedding day and without regret. Really not customer oriented at all.
So if you looking for a wedding limo... consider another company. don’t let them screw it up for you because this is one company with NO CONTINGENCY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG. it is your problem, not theirs.
