It is good that Russia is doing that. More sanctions means they are more cut off from the world. See whether their citizens will be dulan at Putin or not. Maybe Russia will implode.

China and India may not join these sanctions.

Anyway, Russia will feel that their security concerns are non-negotiable. They will defend their backyard, just like US's Monroe Doctrine.
