What can this be?

Hi everyone, just post here to see if anyone knows what this could be. I have a mole like growth on my lower leg. It started as a black scab. It can be peeled off revealing a pinkish red patch. It doesn't hurt or bleed. No jagged edge and is uniform in colour. Location is on lower leg. It regrew into a black scab again after a few weeks. Went to polyclinic and the doctor doesn't think it's cancerous. Anyone have any ideas what it could be? TIA

anyway if the polyclinic doctor say dont think cancerous. What did the doctor think it is?
