What is Singtel TV?

I signed up a broadband plan early last month, the headline says $45, which included Singtel TV sports channel free.
When the first bill came I am billed $60+ for a Singtel TV alone.
What is that anyway? When I log in to my account the Singtel TV is totally not in my account, except a line of $60+ in the pdf bill.

How do I get rid of that or a redress? As a busy professional TV is kinda foreign to me now.

Your bill is $45 per month for 12 months before it reverts to $87 for the next 12 months.

The $60 may be for two billing cycles, of which one billing cycle is less than one month.
