What to do with old computer parts

So every time I upgrade my computer parts, I stash my old parts somewhere thinking they can act as a backup or if I ever need to I can build a simple PC for god knows what and now that I have a few graphics cards and mobos with their processors and ram still installed on them.

I am thinking of disposing them but they are not actually spoiled.. just somewhat obsolete... feels like a waste to throw them away. So does anyone know of any place that collects old computer parts? Don't mind giving for free.

Donate to community centre... But note that too old, you give people, also not nice.

Donate them. I am sure there are families that needs a computer. Either CC or to the likes of the Salvation army.

These are computer parts though, not a full PC build, lacking hdd and psu. CC will take?
