what video editing software to use

i followed one of the youtube videos to adjust the clip speed
but somehow the audio stream didnt follow suit... lol

Did you uncheck the "Link Clip" option? I just tested, my clip's audio speed followed the video clip no matter I speed up or speed down. I activated the Retime Control.

Actually if what u need is just speed change function, u can use any NLE for that. Use the one u are more familiar with or easier to use...
