What's App and IMessage

Suddenly today my what’s app ask for my HP no. and after that say need update to new version.
But when I tried to update its pops out another Apple ID (which previously belong to wife) instead of mine so now I can’t use it.
Any advise ?

Another question is how come when use iMessage, the person reply contact became his email or @icloud.com ?
And the other day I can’t receive any sms because somehow the iMessage was turn off.
After turn the iMessage on, the “miss” message also wasn’t sent to me.

maybe the app is purchased from ur wife account?

Appstore so stupid. Everything want to install/uninstall ask password. Maybe try uninstall Whatsapp then install again from your own Apple account?

I think the iMessage you disable better lah... just use traditional SMS.

Re-install your whatsapp with your account. Possible cause you both backup and restore using same computer forget change itunes account.

You can choose to only use your number for imessage, untick the rest.
