let say the sample vote at jurong is 60 for pap and 40 for oppo. the final results most probably will not be far off...

if the sample vote for aljunied is like 52 for oppo and 48 for p8p, then this most probably will be a very close fight and have to wait till the final count...

just like last election, before counting finish, there are news/rumours flying around that Georgie yeo team is all black black face cos they lost the election...

the best i say is to do live update style...

provide sample vote result first...
then update result of every ballot boxes that have completed counting...
update to the live result tally.
and providing a figures of how many % complete....
