Whats wrong with my iphone6plus battery?

used the battery app, shows 16% battery wear level.

jus now was about 40% then, it dropped to 11%. (showing the low batt alert) i powered it off for 1 min, then on back, battery shows 32% now

Seems like you battery has a problem. You can either go down to the service centre to have your phone checked or just use the online chat and they'll remotely test your battery.

never trust battery app.

If your battery percentage fluctuates, do a calibration. Find out from apple website on how to maintain and calibrate your iPhone battery.

If all things fail, likely battery failed.

thanks, i will opt for the online chat. I will give it a try tomorrow. i went to service centre before, it was a nightmare experience for me. (waiting)

I've been having the same problem with my iPhone 6 and finally got the battery replaced yesterday. The issue is fixed for me. The problem I was experiencing was a low battery capacity due to poor charging habits.
