Whats your view on this setup?

Hi all, need a little input from techies like you folks.

I will be coming back to sg in December and am looking forward to put together a system like below. What do you think of it?

Note: Not gonna overclock, hence the choice in the 8700 variant.

Case Phantek P300 + 3 x Phanteks 120mm case fans
CPU Intel i7 8700
Motherboard MSI Z370 GAMING PLUS
Power Supply Seasonic S12II-520 *
Ram KINGSTON 2400MHZ CL15 16gb
GPU Zotac GeForce GTX 1070ti (should be released)
SSD SAMSUNG EVO 850 M.2 250GB SSD

1) If you're getting 8700, no need a Z370 board.. oh wait, intel hasn't release any other board. And good luck with stocks, seems to be a paper launch.

2) Get a CPU Cooler, something simple like Cryorig H7

3) Seasonic Focus Plus 550W. Spend a bit more on PSU to reduce headaches from PSU failure, killing other components.

4) Get better RAM. Make sure dual channel. 2x 8gb 3000 MHz or at least 2666 MHz which is official supported speed for Coffee Lake...

5) Make sure the MSI motherboard has support for SATA m.2 SSD. If it doesn't, need to get NVMe SSD instead..

6) If possible, avoid Zotac branded GeForce GPUs. poor thermal solution...
