Whatsapp banned - need help

Hi, my Whatsapp Account is banned after an unexpected message that my mobile number was registered on another phone. Quite bizarre cos i did nothing at all. I emailed to WA to unban according to Help Center but they simply replied with standard replies. Any advice or help here to unban it? Thanks
