Whatsapp notification issue

Normally when watsapp msg come in, it will display on the icon how many msg.
But mine only display 1 msg regardless if how many people send. Both my iPhone 5 same issue. Anyone encounter this? Anyway to resolve it?

Are you on iOS 7?
This is a known issue if I am not wrong.
Wait for WhatsApp to roll out an update...

now im on ios 7.0.3.
Wait for whatsapp update then.
