When does the NS letter arrive?

I am jc2 student and pes b. According to cmpb eservices I'm enlisting 4 Jan 2018. However I haven't receive my letter yet. My friends enlisting February received already. When should I receive the letter?

Depends one. I enlisted on August,my friend enlisted on October. They got it in May. I waited and waited till June. Back then I don't have simi eservice to tell me when I enlist. Then decided to call them and they informed me I was in August batch. Chua tio sia.
