I read that on Amazon, sometimes got unscrupulous buyer who put damaged / lower spec CPU
back in box and cleverly reseal and then return the item. The staff at Amazon don't notice
the tampering and put the item back into stock for sale. The unlucky next person who buys
the CPU will kena.

But the above fraud can also happen on Taobao, Aliexpress and elsewhere.
It is a risk of online shopping.
