To have lesser dust, just have more positive pressure, more intake fans than exhaust fans. Also have dust filters everywhere.
My case fractal design arc mini r2 got dust filters at the front bottom and top. So far quite clean even though around my desk quite dusty.
My observation is that better casings tend to have those mesh design that lets air (and dust) circulate freely. Those with minimal perforations tend to be those generic casings from Vios and Headway, where their front panels are solid pieces of plastic with no ventilation holes.
Minimal perforations, and wherever there is a fan (slot), use demciflex/silverstone ultra fine dust filters. With a positive pressure setup, it would passively force out dust inside the chassis towards the exterior, albeit leaving interior to slightly warmer temps due to heat pockets.
